MUSICAL REGISTRATION FORM
All musical participants must have a digital registration form submitted by a parent/guardian by our first full company rehearsal on Tuesday, December 16th in order to participate.
By completing this form, you are agree to all of the terms in the commitment packet, as well as the mandatory rehearsal dates.
