School nurses assess the health needs of students and
collaborate with family, school staff, physician and
community to provide a
comprehensive school health program that facilitates
the maximum educational opportunity for the individual.
Since the information included on emergency cards is essential
for maintaining contact with parents and guardians,
it is recommended that parents and guardians
change their emergency contact information in e-school and notify the school promptly when there are changes in
home or business telephone numbers.

Medications
